PPA-s
The PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) scheme is an agreement that allows operators of small solar power plants to connect directly to the consumer and sell the electricity generated through it. This means that the small power plant is not connected to the central grid, but delivers electricity directly to the consumer.
This approach offers a number of benefits to both power plant operators and consumers. Power plant owners can sell the produced energy to consumers at a pre-fixed price and thus generate stable revenue. At the same time, consumers can reduce the cost of the electricity they consume, as PPAs often provide access to renewable energy at lower prices.
